EASTON, Wash. — Three people from Yakima were killed and two injured a vehicle crash early Thursday on Interstate 90 east of Snoqualmie Pass near Easton. Justin L. Poole, 40, a 10-year-old passenger, and passenger Michaela L. Buckholt, 27, all of Yakima, died, according to the Washington State Patrol. They were traveling in a Kia Optima with two others from Yakima. A 6-year-old passenger was transported to Harborview and another passenger, Nicole M. Wallawine Poole, 36, was taken to Kittitas Valley Hospital, WSP said.
